Holiday at Carovina
Approximately 250 years old renovated wooden house in a beautiful wine-growing region named Haloze in a country where we produce the best wine in the world. The house is located in a small village called Paradiž on top of a hill from which you have a beautiful view on all four sides of the sky and unspoiled nature as far as your eyes reach.
Keys
For the key, please inform me 1–2 days before your arrival of your approximate arrival time by calling or texting the mobile number +386 (0)41 665 177. When you are in front of the house at Paradiž 30, across from the sign "CAROVINA" by the road, call me so I can give you the garage key code.
Before your arrival, please send me the first name, last name, date of birth, gender, type and number of identification document, and nationality for all adults.

You must leave the house in the same state as you find it.
Smoking and pets are not allowed.
CAROVINA is closed from October to April due to the high cost of electric heating.
If anyone wishes to stay overnight during this period, they must cover the cost of the electricity used for heating.
Upon arrival, please write down the total reading on the electricity meter located on the outside wall.
Before leaving, record the total consumption again and let me know the numbers so we can arrange payment.
The money can be given to neighbor Milan Granda or Ivan Letonja, or you can drop it in the mailbox on the vineyard trellis post.
Instructions for using the electric heating can be found in the information posted on the wall in the hallway.
The current price of electricity is €0.15 per kWh.
For internet access, please plug the cable into the computer in the living room.
Accommodation
Kitchen: 2 x gas cooker, 2 x electrical cooker, 1 x oven, pots, pans and cutlery are provided, water heater, coffee machine, grill, refrigerator and freezer.
Bathroom with a sink, a toilet, a bidet, a shower and 80l water heater.
Living area with a sofa, a dining table with chairs, a bread oven, internet, TV with many programs and radio.
Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
Foldable stairs for attic access.
Parking for 3 cars (on the right side of the trellis).
Shed for wood, tools and bikes. There are two tables in the shed.
Heating: underfloor heating and radiators.
Outside table with 6 chairs (an option to put it up under the trellis if the weather is good).
Outside shower.
Nearby (3km away in Cirkulane) there is a grocery store, 3 restaurants, post office, ATM and a church.
